Good morning I have to delete the groups and re add them hope it wont delete you contact information

I am doing this so we can have the groups on website and the phone app . This may be a disaster and we might have to rejoin the side . I am sorry I want it to be right . I am just learning this software but I am mastamynd I got fix it driving me crazy I have seen it works on the test site but we don't have the contact on there
