Who Won the Ohio Dispensary Lottery ?

After last weeks drawing on 1/27/2020 by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and the Ohio Lottery Commission we are still waiting to see who actually won . Ohio currently has 57 operational Medical Marijuana Dispensaries. Out of 1400 over applications only 73 will be picked and the other 1,327 applicants just gave the state 5k for nothing .

Many people dont think this was a fair process and it could be challenged in court latter depending on who wins. Ohio Board of Pharmacy said they will announce the winners sometime this week 1/31/2022. Ohio Board of Pharmacy claims the winners still need to be vetted . Seems strange to take all that money and not vet these applications first .

Another unanswered question is what is the pharmacy going do with the 7 million dollars in application fees they collected . No on really knows where the money will go .
