1. Who we are
Ohio Cannabis Live is operated by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC, doing business as Ohio Cannabis Live (“OCL,” “we,” “us”). Contact us at info@ohiocannabislive.com or 614-622-7859.
2. Eligibility and age confirmation
This site is intended for adults age 21 or older and Ohio medical cannabis patients age 18 or older with an active patient registration or card. You must follow the laws that apply to you. The site’s age gate and account controls are confirmations, not identity verification.
3. Education—not professional advice
OCL publishes news, commentary, directories, events, videos, reviews, and educational material. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, cultivation-engineering, or other professional advice. Laws and agency rules change. Verify current official sources and consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your rights, health, safety, or business.
4. No cannabis sales
OCL does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of marijuana through this website. Merchandise, event, directory, and external-dispensary links are separate from cannabis transactions. Do not use any OCL service to offer, buy, sell, or unlawfully transfer cannabis or controlled substances.
5. Community conduct
When posting, submitting, messaging, joining groups, or attending OCL events, do not harass others, impersonate anyone, invade privacy, promote illegal activity, submit deceptive advertising, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, scrape accounts, spam, or expose minors to restricted content. The current Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms. Members must accept them before entering group discussions. We may warn, moderate, label, limit, hide, edit, remove, preserve, mute, suspend, block, or delete accounts and content as reasonably necessary to enforce the rules, protect the community, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Severe violations may result in immediate action.
6. Submissions and directory listings
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant OCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and promote that material for operating and publicizing OCL services. You represent that you have the needed rights and that your submission is accurate. A listing, review, sponsor mention, or link is not an endorsement or guarantee.
7. Intellectual property
OCL names, logos, original reporting, graphics, videos, and site design are owned by OCL or used with permission. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, rebrand, or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.
8. Purchases, services, events, and third parties
OCL service and membership charges are governed by our Service Refund Policy. OCL merchandise is governed separately by our Merchandise Return Policy. Event pages, sponsorship agreements, custom-service proposals, or third-party sellers may disclose different transaction-specific terms before payment, and those specific terms control that transaction. Product checkout, ticketing, embedded media, social platforms, and linked websites may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Finders, reviews, and source collection
The Strain Finder, Product Finder, and Deal Finder are research indexes, not cannabis marketplaces, laboratory results, medical recommendations, guarantees of genetics, verified live menu prices, or statements of current inventory. Names may be reused by unrelated producers, and products and batches may differ. Source dates and license matches describe the cited record only. Member reviews reflect personal experiences and are not OCL findings. Users must verify current product labels, testing, availability, seller authorization, pricing, taxes, purchase limits, and applicable law. Automated collection is limited to approved public sources and must not bypass logins, paywalls, robots directives, access controls, or third-party terms.
10. Accounts, access, membership, and rewards
The homepage may show general public information, plan comparisons, and legally required policies. Opening site content, tools, directories, videos, events, products, or community areas requires a signed-in account with the required onboarding record. A free account includes regular blog posts, ten unique videos per 30-day browser cycle, the main Guest Group, selected member areas, and a fourteen-day unlimited trial of the Product, Strain, and Deal Finders followed by three searches in each finder per 30-day browser cycle. Premium product reviews, market intelligence, and other specifically marked publications remain paid content. OCL Insider provides ten searches in each finder per 30-day cycle, twenty-five unique videos per 30-day browser cycle, and paid-group access. OCL Unlimited and OCL VIP provide unlimited premium articles, publications, videos, reviews, and finder use. Monthly Insider, Unlimited, and VIP plans are $1.99, $4.99, and $9.99 respectively and include a seven-day trial for the first eligible purchase of that plan. Discounted six-month and annual options are charged at the total shown during checkout, do not include a second trial, and renew for their selected billing period until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends or before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
VIP event eligibility begins only after six consecutive paid months and applies solely to an OCL community event specifically marked eligible, subject to capacity, verification, and event rules. Ohio Cannabis Expo admission is excluded unless a separate written offer expressly includes it. Refund requests are reviewed under the Service Refund Policy and mandatory law. Reward points and event benefits are promotional, have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be changed prospectively. One membership is for one member account; OCL may suspend access for fraud, unlawful use, credential sharing, scraping abuse, spam, or material abuse.
11. Verification, preferences, and deletion
OCL requires login and may require email confirmation, CAPTCHA, date of birth, adult or active-Ohio-medical-patient attestation, and other reasonable security steps before or after account creation. Members who identify themselves as users of the previous OCL website may be marked as legacy members pending review and selected for relevant feedback or member offers. These controls create additional records and reduce automated abuse but do not independently prove identity, card status, or age and do not eliminate bots, attackers, or misuse. Promotional email, newsletter, SMS, and partner-sharing choices are optional and may be changed in the member dashboard. Required account, security, legal, purchase, and service messages may still be sent when necessary. Members may use available tools to delete their account, but an active paid subscription must be canceled first. OCL may retain or reassign submitted content and retain information reasonably required for legal, security, moderation, accounting, transaction, dispute, or compliance records.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCL disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, reliance on content, third-party services, or service interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update the site and these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Ohio law governs these terms, without overriding applicable federal law or mandatory consumer rights.
